Improved diameter range for KOMET MicroKom® hi.flex precision adjustment heads
Three additional bridges extend the range of application of precision adjustment heads by KOMET®.
KOMET MicroKom® hi.flex precision adjustment heads are characterised by their high flexibility. Until now, they have completely covered a diameter range of between 0.5 and 125 mm with just one adjustment head, various boring bars, and intelligently-designed adapter solutions. With the three new bridges (120 to 155, 150 to 185, and 180 to 215 mm), their range of application has increased significantly. The adjustment precision of the adjustment head is 0.01 mm on a dial and 0.002 mm on a Nonius scale. The adjustment path is up to 5 mm (radial). The system is balanced in the zero position. In addition, it enables the internal coolant supply direct to the cutting edge. The new bridges are available individually as supplements to the standard set.
