JEL^®  PCD tools

JEL^®  tools with Poly-Crystalline Diamond (PCD) cutting materials, thanks to their great hardness and high abrasion resistance, are particularly suitable for the machining of light weight structured materials such as aluminium, magnesium and fibre-reinforced plastics. PCD-tipped tools increase the process reliability, since fewer radius corrections are required for circular milling in comparison to solid carbide tools, right to the end of the service life. Depending on the relevant application, this also enables an unlimited cutting speed range. The application data is determined no longer by the tool, but by the performance capability of your tool machine.
