DIHART® Fullmax reamers
with coolant supply

The integration of the coolant supply makes the new Fullmax reamers the ideal solution for high-performance reaming of through holes in steel and nodular cast iron.



The multi-blade reamers in a monoblock design round off the product portfolio of the  DIHART Reamax®  product range. We thereby offer a comprehensive solid carbide reaming programme for high-performance machining in diameters ranging from 1.4 to 40 mm.



New additions are the solid DST reamers in a left fluted design, which feature an optimised coolant supply that is directed towards the individual cutting edges. DST (cermet) is a high-performance cutting material that is ideal for high speed reaming and is particularly suitable for machining unalloyed and low-alloy steels with up to 1200 N/mm² tensile strength, as well as for reaming nodular cast iron. The new Fullmax reamers with coolant supply are available in diameters ranging from 3.9 to 12.7, as well as in a standard series of 4, 5, 6, 8, 10 and 12 mm.
