Weekly working times:

1 ½ days teaching in vocational school

3 ½ days training at the company

Training structure

1st year of training:

Basic training in our apprentices' workshop

2nd and 3rd years of training:

Practical training alternating between our apprentices' workshop and our production facilities

4th year of training:

Preparation for skilled worker's examination in our apprentices' workshop
   
 
Activities

During the 2nd and 3rd years of training, the trainees will work in 15 different areas in our company.
